The Deep Concept of the 
“A-ha!” Experience 2b1 Pilates Workshops

It is different in intensity, presentation and depth compared to the concept of the single, duo, trio and group-classes, because it is calmer, slower and filled with exploration and inquiry. Lots of pauses allow time to digest the information and the ideas experienced. It is intensive, but this intensity is not confined to a 1-hour time slot; it is spread out to a 2 1/2 -hour time slot. So, do not imagine 2 1/2 hours of exercise after exercise, but instead imagine

  • experiencing the “feel” of the exercises
  • experiencing the exercises with a partner
  • dissecting the exercises to understand its building blocks
  • clarifying and deepening your experience of the exercises via hand-on-body-work and
  • sharing your experience of the exercises to one another.

The “A-ha!” Experience 2b1 is our motto for all our Bodyhood Pilates workshops on different levels.

  • 2b1 - Level 0 |  Fundamentals
  • 2b1 - Level 1 |  Beginners
  • 2b1 - Level 2 |  Intermediate
  • 2b1 - Level 3 |  Advanced

- The workshops will take 2 1/2 hours.
- Please be punctual. The workshops will start on time. 
- If you have to cancel, please give us a call within 3 days before the workshop; otherwise 90 % of the workshop fee will have to be charged.
